Moka Nnaebuka Chukwunyelu

Moka Nnaebuka Chukwunyelu is the Principal Partner at Levi & Spencer. He graduated from the University of Lagos, a Notary Public of Nigeria and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He started his legal practice with the law firm of Ojo Maduekwe & Co and later, moved to Messrs Ikenna Oforma & Associates. He then moved to Coscharis Motors Limited where he served as a legal officer before moving back into private practice. Moka Nnaebuka Chukwunyelu has been involved in handling a lot of deals of particular note is his involvement in the team that helped secure the first foreign loan for Coscharis Motors Limited. At Coscharis Motors Limited, he was also fully involved in the registration of Abbro, Taiho Trade Marks and other Trade Marks at the Ministry of Commerce Abuja. Taking of Minutes at the Board of Directors Meetings as acting Company Secretary, preparing and reviewing Contracts of Employment for foreign Expatriates that work at various departments of the Company et al. At Levi & Spencer, he led the team that secured for Finet Group of Companies Limited the National Communication Commission (NCC) Licence and a host of other important commercial practices.

Apart from the foregoing, he is the Head of Litigation, Telecommunication, E- Commerce and Intellectual Property Department of Levi and Spencer. Mr Nnaebuka has a wealth of practical knowledge and experience both in the general and specialised practice of Law covering Litigation/Alternative Dispute Resolution and general corporate commercial practice, including corporate compliance with the regulatory matters. He has handled several matters as the Head of Litigation for Coscharis Motors Limited, Cento Group of Companies Limited, and others both at the High Court and Appellate Courts.
